Contacted Middletown VW by phone--and even though it was late Friday afternoon--the service advisor, Ryan, agreed to take us in and have the tire repaired immediately. His graciousness and courtesy was outstanding and he had us back on the road in less than an hour. So pleased to have such kindness!
