Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Scott maintained our previous car as well as selling us a new one. We have been very satisfied with both the service as well as the sales experience. Staff is very accommodating as well. Would not hesitate to recommend. Never in all the years we have dealt with this dealer have we felt like we were just a "number". Each time the staff has gone out of it's way to make sure we are satisfied. Great bunch of people.
Friendly, helpful, willing to do what it takes to get you the car you want, great customer service, great selection, good fair pricing. This was the best experience I ever had buying a car. The car was even delivered to my driveway and my trade-in picked up. I cannot say enough good things. Even though I do not live in Charlotte I would go back in a heartbeat.
