A "tire" appeared on my dashboard (something I had never seen before), so I took my car in to have it looked at. It turned out to be low pressure, possibly caused by sudden change to very cold weather. While there, I was advised that I was behind on regular checkups. I had had delicate eye surgery months before and was not allowed to drive for several months.. A wonderful lady named Tatiana Arroliga processed me in and arranged to bring my service up to date. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything, all with a friendly smile. In just an hour I was ready to go and she gave me my paperwork, again with that nice, friendly smile. I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota Rav4 Hybrid from Kwang at Bill Page Toyota. As a long-term customer, with my first purchase dating back to 2007, I highly recommend this dealership, particularly Kwang. He was pleasant, thoughtful, and helped guide us through the process, which included a last-minute trade-in. Thank you, Kwang, for staying on point and making the purchase process less painful! Adam also graciously stepped in, in Kwang's absence, and appreciated his support. Finally, I unexpectedly financed through the dealership and found the process to be relatively easy.
