Horrible upper level administration. i.e. Fernando and collector Rosalina. Had rims and tires stolen off my property during repossession. Attempted contact for reconciliation and was hung up on by Rosalina in collections. Property taken from me did not belong to the person on the loan. Paaco refuses to cooperate in returning my rightful property I have receipts for. Complete finger pointing process. All everybody at paaco says is read the contract. That's their answer for everything. I have ha absolutely 0 success with dealing with this company. I would not recommend them for anything. Car had immediate brake issues and rattled all over. Horrible customer service. Paaco took over a month to get the tags established but immediately repossessed after 10 day delinquency in one payment. The single worst place to deal with ever!!! Buy a car or truck elsewhere. This is nothing more than paaco stealing my property to make their sales better by using an upgrade on rims and tires during a repo that they stole off my xxxx property!! Legal action will be taken. Charges filed or lawsuit filed
