Upon arrival, I was met with service personnel and asked to drive into the Service Center. Very soon after I parked, Service Advisor, Matt came up and began to take care of business. After a brief consultation, I was given the approximate time for my truck to be complete, and it was done on time. Overall, a very good experience.
