I recently had my Audi serviced at Lithia Audi of Reno. The dealership worked on the car for a matter of hours and charged $893.37 in “Labor Fees”; the actual parts cost roughly $100 combine. When I spoke with a Service Manager about this he told me that it was “Industry Standard”. This place is a rip-off and they will take advantage of you! I would recommend staying away, I will be!
Like most Lithia dealerships that I have been to, there is nothing different about this one, it's a high pressure house, with sales tactics are very strictly scripted, you can expect to be 'turned over' more than once during your visit. When we test drove a car, the saleslady nearly had a stroke when we didn't want to go on her 'route' first saying that she felt endangered if she didn't stay on her test drive route, then saying that she would be suspended for three days for driving down a particular street. We basically 'ran' away from this sleeze shop and went across town and bought a BMW. It's a shame that dealers like this don't understand that for every 'sucker' they keep they will lose two or three others who abhor these tactics.
