I had a wonderful experience with the sales team at this dealership, especially David. He was kind, knowledgeable, and communicated well throughout the purchasing process. He made choosing the right car feel easy, and the manager was also very friendly and honest. The loan specialist I worked with was just as pleasant, and my car is exactly what I wanted. The only downside came after the sale, when it was time to finalize the paperwork. Several promised dates were missed, and I found myself making repeat phone calls just to get updates. Voicemails weren’t returned, and when I called the dealership directly to check on the status, I was hung up on multiple times. It made the last part of the process more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, the sales experience was excellent, but the post‑purchase paperwork process could definitely use improvement.
