Scheduling was very easy. The staff is very friendly. The work was completed in a timely manner

I found them to be very polite, reasonably-priced, and (overall) decent. I specifically thanked them for the amenities because I know it is hard to compete with newer buildings, but the coffee was good, the chairs were comfy, and the tv was off (with the remote provided).
