I had an appointment to have a front headlight bulb replaced, and I'm a half hour away from the dealership. I drove there for my appointment and after 50 minutes was told they didn't have the bulb. Feel like they should have checked inventory when I made the appointment to see if they had bulbs. Had to make a second trip to get the bulb replaced. Expect a VW dealer would have bulbs in stock.... Otherwise service and Jesse were fine
