Everything was explained in detail and I was given many options to help finalize the buying of my new car and trade.
I would come back again and probably purchase again at Oaks kia. I would definitely ask for Stacy as my sales person again,she was awesome.
This was the second car we purchased through Oaks Kia. My parents have also purchased a vehicle from there. It was a wonderful experience no pressure. All questions was answered. We are very satisfied with what we drove away with. They took very good care of us there.
I give this dealership five stars as all of the sales staff provided exceptional service. It’s a great place to buy a vehicle and I was impressed by their positive attitude, transparency, and excellent customer service.
Travis in sales and Karen in finance are great. The car buying process isn't always a fun thing to do but they made it tolerable and informative. Plus they both have great personalities and carry themselves in a genuine way. Highly recommend both of them.
