Hi, I hope the owners read this. I visited your store on 4/23/26 and wanted to share some kudos—especially for the gentleman who helped me, Elyes Fenniche. My car was stolen on 4/19, so the past couple of weeks have been pretty stressful. I wasn’t exactly looking forward to shopping for a new car, but I decided to get a head start and check out a couple dealerships. And I’m so glad I stopped by your store. Elyes made the entire experience better than I could have asked for. I expected to feel pressured, stressed, and maybe even overwhelmed—but that wasn’t the case at all. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made everything feel comfortable and easy. I truly appreciate people like him, especially during a difficult time. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a small restaurant inside your store. Being able to grab lunch while checking out a couple of Broncos turned the visit into a genuinely enjoyable experience, it was a really nice moment during an otherwise stressful time. From Elyes, to the front desk associate, and the restaurant staff, everyone I encountered was incredibly kind. Frank made the build to order process for my new 2026 Bronco Badlands totally transparent and smooth! All numbers stated up front, printed out on order manifest, and final invoice was exactly as discussed. He maintained excellent communication during the build process, and responded quickly to my questions. Can highly recommend his attention to detail and customer service.
