We purchased a new car from them last February and recently went there for an oil change. The service experience was great. The advisor, Colin, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The customer lounge has ample seating and they offer complimentary coffee/water. They also gave a car wash coupon to a nice facility. it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

We were/are very pleased working with Brian for our new CRV from Napleton. Brian was very knowledgeable of Napleton's Honda vehicles and products. He quoted us 3 months for delivery and he nailed it. We received our CRV with everything we wanted and it's been almost 2 months and we love our CRV. Using Costco's partnership with Napleton we got a good price and would do it all over again with Brian. We looked at the Rogue and RAV4 and they could NOT match the ride, quietness, quality of the Honda CRV.
