I requested a quote on a M2, specs of vehicle sent to dealership from BMW, a general form email reply received..Like most dealers, their rep seemed more interested in getting a phone number rather than putting a quote in writing, this is a tactic most dealerships use so they can give you a number over the phone, raise it when you're in the door.. Watch out for this place.

I'm not one to write reviews, but my family and I had an incredibly positive car buying experience with Dennis Smith at BMW of Waterbury recently and I wanted to post about it. Dennis is knowledgeable, attentive, and customer service oriented. This is my second review. Can’t say enough good things about Misak and the team at BMW of Waterbury. They went the extra mile for me even after the purchase. I needed something fixed and Misak got me right in to the service team and they did a fabulous job. Great place. Great service.
