I’ve purchased several vehicles from Findlay Cadillac over the years and have also brought multiple vehicles there for service. Overall, I’ve had good experiences with both the sales team and the service department. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is their loaner vehicle availability. Before the pandemic, I could typically bring my vehicle in for service without an appointment and receive a loaner with no issues. Since then, the number of available loaners seems to have been significantly reduced, making it much more difficult to get one when my vehicle needs service. In fact, loaner availability was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase a Mercedes-Benz for my personal vehicle, as my local Mercedes dealership consistently has plenty of loaner cars available during service appointments. That said, I still own my Escalade and plan to continue having it serviced at Findlay Cadillac because I’ve been happy with the dealership overall. If they could improve their loaner program, I would gladly give them five stars.
Bought an Optiq EV, Rafael Correia was the sales person and he has very in depth knowledge of the vehicle. Dealing with him Marc Alberto, and Ronnie Camden was great - not the pushy people you get at some places.
Joe B. in the service department assisted me with my 2019 XT5 required maintenance. He was most helpful and did not try to "push" extra services. Joe did print out my vehicle's requirements and we did discuss when further services would be needed. I only come to Findlay Cadillac to both purchase and service my vehicles. In the future, I will always confer with Joe.
I was in the market looking for a new Escalade. I arrived at Findlay Cadillac and met Rafael C. He was extremely personable, “non-pushy” towards purchasing a new vehicle, and was very patient with me. Explained to me the options I had and how to go about building my own. When I put the order in, he would communicate with me on the update on the build and delivery. Finally, the day came to make a deal and he was extremely patient and worked WITH me on achieving MY deal. Process went smooth and left there with a brand new Escalade. Very happy! I recommend Rafael and Findlay Cadillac without a doubt!
Tony isn’t just knowledgeable but also very professional and helpful. We didn’t even know we wanted a Cadillac until we met Tony and we have no regrets with the lease or experience leading up to it. Will do business with Findlay again for sure.
I would only recommend the sales department due to my distrust of service dept. I am currently contemplating not ever leaving my vehicle ever again with this department. Oil changes, any service that will be same day service only. By any notion by people that work there (in service dept) think that I don’t know and or believe their technology they use for intake of a vehicle cannot be manipulated may need to rethink their thoughts about me…. Don’t like to cause a scene, thinking recent and pass reviews of the service dept should be enough. I may need to find another Certified GM SERVICE DEPARTMENT, and just take it for maintenance it’s not required to leave over night and or involve and sub contractor that’s off sight. It boggles my mind that I was told my car needed to be driving to check my headlights…..WOW!!! Other than knowing the name and location of one of the sub contractors and my fuel level down to a point I myself would never allow, really puts me on edge. I could care less who ur service advisors trust, doesn’t make me trust them. It’s more and likely a hookup for a friend of one of ur employees to use their services.
