I had a great experience working with salesman Ethan Johnson, sales Matt Tillpaugh, and sales manager Malissa Fiandt, they are a great team, no pressure from them to me. We tried to find the car that I wanted all of them were too far away to trade. However, that did not stop them from recommending a dealer in Indy that they had a good working relationship with, to me, that is pride in your brand and outstanding teamwork.

Russ was good to work with, he was very friendly, and allowed us to check out the vehicle at our own leisure no pressure at all which I appreciate. That being said, I was surprised that the vehicle had no front mats and no owners manual and only one key fob. To Russ' credit he did get me the mats and owners manual. However, it's for a 2024 and I have a 2025 Pacifica I'm hoping there is no difference. The key fob does disappoint me though because now I have to spend an additional $360 to get another one from your service dept.
