Bought a BMW x3 sight unseen by the word of Al and we were very impressed with the car that showed up in Winnipeg. As advertised and beautiful inside and out. Al shipped on date promised and the pictures were a true representation of the vehicle. We would definitely buy another vehicle from Crystal Auto Mart. The quality of work was not rated as I didn't get any service at the dealership but the vehicle seems to be up to date on servicing. Thank you Al!

From the first visit I was received with very bad customer service, very unfriendly and rude. I liked this little Mini in the showroom and made a down payment with full payment to be made on delivery date. After a few calls to see when my car would be ready I was given an excuse that the car had a lein on it and that I had to wait till Monday. I have a bill of sale and it explicitly say's no stolen,no lien. What are they trying to pull? Now I'm being told they won't sell me the car and want to give my money back. I liked that car and thought I purchased it. What kind of games are these people allowed to play. I have been waiting one week for this car and then am told I can not have it. I even went out and purchased the car report on this vehicle and it has no lien on it. What kind of shady game are these people playing?

Do not buy from this scam operation. They lie and steal. I had an out of state sale on a used volvo and I paid the PA sales tax with Castle telling me that they would transfer payment to PA. Absolute lie. I am pursuing small claims suit, BBB, and every outlet to let everyone know not to buy from this dealership. Buyer be ware.....

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They also operate under the names "Castle Auto Outlet" & "Crystal Auto Outlet" The sales manager Everson Travers Jr. & The owner David Horitz are scammers & con-artists. They will do everything in there power to try and rip you off. They're extremely dishonest, they use unlawful business practices, lie to financial institutions, and are just plain a crooked dealership. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!!!!!!!!!!

Just bought a car from this dealer that turned out to have a significant problem. I purchased the car knowing it had an after market radio but carefull inspection of the dealers advertised pictures of the car shows it with the factory unit. They bold faced lied to me telling me they would never do that despite there own website proves they removed it and installed the other radio. They claimed it was probably a stock photo. A simple glance at the photo and the car proves otherwise. It is also installed badely. They try to be friendly but while expressing my concerns they sit around and make jokes. Currently my car is in there hands to hopefully to be repaired. Any more issues and I will most likely be takeing these clowns to court. I already have enough against them to give them a nice black eye.
