My finance company that had pre-approved me prior to me coming in pulled out at the 11th hour due to a minor payroll discrepancy that had already been fixed by my employer but they still rejected it. The manager at WoW Toyota went above and beyond to help me get out the door with financing through Toyota who honored my pre-approval terms. Everyone was great there. From Jacob who was my sales person to all the finance team and other employees who entertained my 8 year old son while we dealt with this stressful situation. I highly recommend Wow Toyota to anyone. Jacob was knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the entire process. No one was pushy like some dealerships are. I didn't feel like I was "battling" with the finance team like I have felt at other dealerships. The process was was a bit more complicated for me due to my original finance company or it would have been absolutely smooth with no issues.

Jacob our sales rep was so helpful and easy to work with. We showed up at the end for the day on Saturday and he didn’t rush us at all. He was friendly and down to earth which made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision
