Can’t say enough good words about Porsche Naples and the team I worked with on the recent purchase on my new to me Turbo S!! Called George Rakowski and inquired about a car I saw online. He was extremely knowledgeable on their recent trade and went out to FaceTime with me to go over the vehicle, since I live around 1.5 hours away. After very minimal back and forth with him and the sales manager we agreed on a good price for both parties. Went down the next day to see the car and complete the paperwork. Everything was ready and I was introduced to Noor to pay and finish the deal. She was INCREDIBLE as well!! Friendly, knowledgeable and well prepared to get me in and out! First warranty service for my new 911 Targa. Great communication with Victoria Richards my service advisor. .All my questions answered promptly. Everyone at Porsche Naples is a PRO. The car was completed on time with a written report of how they addressed my concerns. It was a pleasure start to finish.

I was notified by Porsche North America and my dealership via email, phone call and a postal letter about the center lock wheel safety issue. I was in contact with Kevin Anderson about the situation and we obtained the center lock build date / work weeks data. Kevin then ordered the new parts and provided several status updates on when the new parts would be at the dealership. Kevin made the appointment for me when the parts came in and we made arrangements for the center locks to be changed out. After receiving the car back, I drove the car for a little while and came back for a center lock torque re-check recently. Since the re-check, I then went for a spirited drive in an organized enclosed area and the car performed magnificently...
