We felt comfortable with the sales and finance persons and the dealership itself. We were not pressured and, in fact, felt respected and listened to.

It’s a very congenial dealarship. We went to Hendrick Honda after doing our homework and test driving several other makes in the medium size SUV class. We knew exactly what we wanted in a new car and in short order we test drove two vehicles and chose the Pilot Elite. This trim package had everything we wanted plus, even to the exterior and interior colors. It was all in all a great buying experience with no pressure at any level.
