All service reps were great and personable! John was exceptionally attentive, sent us a video of the vehicle we were interested in prior to us driving our 2 hour commute to the dealership, and showed us how to use our new vehicle with confidence. Would highly recommend. Everyone seems genuinely happy to work here and serve their customers with quality service.
