Omar Rivera and the people who worked with him in this sale! I can say they are excellent! But the best thing is that I didn't feel pressured as they usually do in the dealers
They really took great care of my daughter when purchasing her new vehicle at Shottenkirk Toyota San Antonio.
Easy to schedule an appointment and the necessary items were taken care of quickly while I waited
I came in for a 30,000 mile check up. It was supposed to cost me $214 but it ended up only costing me $188. Even the checkout clerk made sure I was happy and pointed out an extra discount for me. I will continue to do business with this dealership on a regular basis.
Excellent service i bought three cars from there.. i just have one complaint i recommended my daughter Clinshay Williams there, she bout a car there and was mistreated by a salesperson Rosa Saldana. She sold her a 2022 kia sportage by mistake and had her to return it for a 2016 toyota rav4. Very disappointed about that situation and she was not able to get her alarm system out of the Kia sportage that she purchased.
Customer service was on point making my purchase that much smoother. Thank you Jonathan and Nick and finance team.
