I went in for a battery warranty claim and Bob Parr my service advisor was very helpful and friendly. He kept me informed on the progress of the work and promptly let me know when the work was completed.
Jeannie Sevile, Chris Ramphal, and Bobby in Finance were awesome. Jeannie stepped in when our service advisor didn't show up for our scheduled appointment and made this transition very smooth. While waiting for our vehicle to be serviced, Chris Ramphal was very helpful in assisting us in purchasing a brand new vehicle (Jevan too)
Scott went above and beyond!!! He did not try to push any sale, and knew exactly what to do to make the deal work.
Work was quick and good, with friendly service. 15 word minimum will be met now.
I went to do an oil change and flush my coolant and not to mention it was a last minute. Andy Savas and his teams was very helpful and customer service was great. I truly appreciate this. That's important to me. I will recommand more people to go there.
