I met Dawn, my service advisor, for the first time when I brought my Mercedes GLA 250 in last Wednesday and Thursday. I was not fond of my last experience there back in 2/2024, so I had not returned until now. Dawn changed that. She sent a service video showing exactly what needed to be done. We discussed the services and costs, and she gave me time to think about it - no pressure. Last week I had four new tires and an alignment done. The dealership provided transportation home Wednesday and picked me up Thursday. My car was washed when I got it back. I received several calls, texts, and emails keeping me updated.
