Friendly, competent, knowledgeable personnel. While the 20,000 service probably does not usually result in many “issues” it was still good to hear from the tech all of the items that were checked.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had for service at a VW dealership. I was quoted the same job at another dealership as 5 hours of work, and Gurnee was able to do the same job in 2 hours, resulting in half the price. The lady in the service department was nice, straightforward and followed through on everything she told me. Their shuttle drove me to my home in Buffalo Grove and drove me back when the service was complete. I will never, ever go to another VW dealership for service going forward. This place is the best!
