They do not answer the phone. They are not helpful in any way. The service center also is problematic. I would suggest you go elsewhere
I leased my Rogue from Elite Nissan 3 years ago. My lease was up and I wanted to buy the car. I called for over a month to set up a time to bring in the check and continually was disconnected by the receptionist. I managed to somehow leave a few voicemails for the sales department and my calls were never returned. I finally drove over to the dealership because I was tired of being ignored. I went on a Tuesday afternoon at 4 pm and was told that the manager leaves at 3, so I was out of luck. When asked when he'll be in, I was told sometime in the morning. The next morning I called several times to make sure someone was there before I wasted more time driving over for no reason. Once again I was could not speak to someone because I was either disconnected, no one picked up the phone or I was connectecd to a full mailbox. Don't waste your time with these people. The customer service is terrible and they clearly don't care about their customers. Go to Ramsey Nissan. They aren't too far away, answer their phones and are actually helpful.
I called about a particular car, and Eddie told me it was in stock, so I drive the 20 minutes to the dealership, only to find out they sold the car 4 days prior. The old bait and switch. Needless to say indid not do business here, and will not in the future. The level of professionalism is appalling.
I recently leased a Nissan Sentra from Elite Nissan of Bergenfield. The salesman, Edward Carter, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get a great deal and even followed up with a phone call afterwards to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. I cannot recommend Edward enough.
From the moment I exited my vehicle and began looking around Benny greeted me, told me to take my time and if I had any questions he would take care of me. I told him what I was looking for, what I wanted my payments to be and he did it! He is friendly and very understanding! Benny is an Excellent salesman!
The young lady in the service Dept was pleasant and polite. The calmness in her voice made me more relaxed and confident on what was going on. She kept me in touch and her tone remained the same.
