Parker was excellent to work with. He’s the best! He was Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Purchased a brand new Land Rover. 5,000 miles in and the AC does not work in the car. They told me they cannot check what is wrong until November (it is currently August). With it being 99 degrees daily, the car is not usable. Not willing to provide a loaner. Very rude and short about the situation. Not willing to help. Does not make sense to purchase a luxury vehicle and not be able to have an issue looked at, and also be treated very disrespectfully about it.
I’ve been having issues with my Land Rover specifically the locks not locking at all. I received a safety recall for this exact issue and the customer service I have received about getting this fixed has been appalling. I was told I needed to pay them for repairs on the locks in order to have the recall addressed. How does that make any sense? They are trying to milk unnecessary money which is a terrible tactic to SCAM loyal customers. There’s a reason why it’s called a SAFETY recall. These people could care less about customer safety being a top priority and their customer service skills are complete garbage. I’ve already contacted the BBB to file a complaint against their unethical practices. I’m sure I’ll get a reply (from Lindsay) stating they don’t have record of me contacting them about the lock recall, which is a complete lie! Save your fake sympathy and do better! Saying your goal is to provide top-notch customer service is ridiculous when you’re taking advantage of your customers. It’s disgusting!! STAY AWAY from this place and find a more reputable dealer to buy and service your vehicle.
This is my 3rd Jaguar that I have bought from Ken Garff Jaguar. All quality vehicles, the sales personnel Jared Price was very helpful and I know the service department will be excellent in the future!!
August 2022, called about a vehicle they had, left a deposit instantly when it was available told them to run credit with a certain amount down and was very clear that if I wasn't approved for any reason I would pay cash, they barely updated me I called, they refunded me sold the car and didn't care. Carson Kratz was the manager I argued I fought not to mention I was paying $7500 over MSRP for the vehicle. He wouldn't allow me to get the car, they screwed me out the deal. Carson allowed me to order another Autobiography for MSRP, I designed it with him over the phone sent a build, waited for the car for months, the whole car is a different model built with options that are missing and ones I don't want. I ran credit barely any update, paid cash waited over 30 days for them to even ship the car, then they ship the car to another state. I've talked to the Manager Cory already and he didn't care, said Carson is gone you want this car, take it pretty much. Told me he couldn't get me another order. Stay away at all costs. Salesman was Michael H, he barely responds and allowed me to lose the first initial car barely updating me and not discussing anything after taking all my information and money. The only reply I want from your dealer is a public resolution. Don't tell me to contact this person or that person, you reach out to me you know who I am.
