Kevin was very thorough explaining what they were going to do to our car. The waiting room was comfortable and welcoming. We live out of Columbus so we have to bring our child and she felt welcomed too. The service was fast and it was part of our complimentary service, but that didn’t stop the customer service excellence
Did not have car i wanted but worked diligently to find it. Ended up making a deal that was beneficial to both of us.
