I was given a thorough explanation of what was going on and what the cost would be for what I came in for. Also some issues that they discovered during their inspection. And what that expense would be if I wanted to take care of those issues

It was easy to make an appointment and the facility was ready when I arrived.
I decided to start using GUNN service until my Honda Warranty expired but now, 6 years later, I am still bringing my Pilot here and will continue to do so. The repairs have been great and the advisors do their best to save me money. They have found things they can replace for free or discounted nearly every time my car has a problem.
Over the past years, I've bought 2 Ridgeline trucks from Gunn Honda and have been happy with the trucks, the service department and the great staff.
I want to give a sincere thank you to John Kim my salesman. He was sincere, patient, and a great voice for both myself and the dealer. I will definitely be back again to see John if I have any future needs.
