I recently had to service my brand new 2026 2500 HD truck. I didn’t purchase the truck at this dealership but I will in the future. Michael Sanchez was professional and very prompt at keeping me updated on the service that my truck needed. At the time of service I had only owned my vehicle for four days and it had less than 300 miles on it. Michael made sure the problem was taken care of and fixed the first time. I appreciated his prompt and professional professionalism.
It was a seamless experience. Caleb went above and beyond, communicated with me throughout the entire process and ensured I was happy, educated about my new vehicle and completely satisfied from beginning to end.
Ty took excellent care of me and kept me updated on the repair progress as it was happening. He let me know what they found in the investigation of the problem and let me know along the way where we were in the process.
