And here I am back in 2024 as a repeat customer, and saying, once again, everything I said about Jon Shafer before. He stands with you throughout the sales process. He found me an X60 M60 allocation when there were hardly any available and gave me a good deal. This sale was complicated by me being in Florida and difficult Florida DMV processes and then Performance Center Delivery process being thwarted by Hurricane Helene and almost Hurricane Milton. Jon was there through all of it, along with finance manager Matt Correa. I am sure I was a pain in the butt, but they never let me feel that way, and yesterday I had a successful (and amazing) PCD delivery at Plant Spartanburg. If you live in Cali and you love BMW's, give Jon a shout.

He knows buying a car is a special experience and treats every car with care as if its his own. From getting a quote via email to picking up my custom order in person, everything was spectacular! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealer. Jon Shafer was an absolute professional and made every step of the process easy. Completely transparent about the buying and pricing process and helped me find the exact right car in this crazy world of pandemic auto shopping and new car shortages. And while the Finance Manager's office is usually a place to do battle (lol) Jesus made it easy, too. A really flawless process from start to finish.
