What Others Say

Had a good experience buying a 2019 RDX from Leigh. Mohammed and Justin were knowledgeable and professional.

We continue to have a super experience with Leith Acura in Cary and their staff. Eric Rich was great in helping me get into a new MDX (after trading in my 2010 MDX----also purchased from Leith Acura). I looked at other brands and models of sport utility vehicles. But my history with Eric and Tom King just compelled me to come back. Go see Eric if you are interested at all in a new Acura! The staff in the service department are always welcoming, receptive to my questions, and helpful with our vehicles. Thank you Mike, Steve, and Kylea. Great people at this dealership all around.

This is the second Acura I've bought at Leith Acura. I had a great purchase experience. Kevin responded to the emails and was ready for me when I arrived. Kevin took the time to explain the packages, features and paired my phone. I did have to wait a while to finalize the purchase, but Saturdays are busy days.

I had an excellent experience buying a new TLX. Kevin was very responsive over email and phone calls. Since I live 3 hours away it was scheduled to be ready for pickup and everything went smoothly at delivery time. Count me completely satisfied.

Uncaring, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was provided a specific time and specific date (it was scheduled) to test drive a car. I was told to ask for the sales manager when I arrived. The afternoon of my "appointment", I received an uncaring, unapologetic, email from a "sales manager", Tom King, informing me the car had been sold. The notification was totally absent of decency and without any consideration. It was dismissive of my valuable personal time and the rearrangements I had made in my schedule. I was not extended any professional courtesy. There was not any kind of attempt at service recovery. Zero effort was made toward finding me a similar model - it was not even expressed. No apology was offered and my emails have since gone unanswered. It's shameful this is the professional acumen a 'sales manager' exemplifies. It speaks directly to untrustworthiness, poor quality, and clearly shows where priorities lie.

This dealership service department is the most unprofessional auto service department I’ve ever dealt with in my 40 years as a driver. They quoted my $1,700.00 repair down to a battery for my spare key fab. But, when I picked up my car, the struts that hold my hood up, were suddenly broken and the hood wouldn’t stay open. They didn’t mention it one time. The engine cover was left off and laying on top of the engine. It was not snapped on just laying there. I’m missing my full size spare tire. And I have a grease stain on my carpet. They have no explanation for any of this. Ashley, our service contact is rude. She lied to my husband and myself several times about everything from the price right down to an accurate time frame for the repair. People need to know when their car will be finished. I have contacted Acura corporate with pictures and we heard they will once again get fined. I think it’s just terrible what they do to people. If I had read the reviews before entrusting them with my SUV, I wouldn’t have gone there. I think the overall experience of 1 star is generous. When you buy a car, you’re expecting to have your service experience to be better than this!
