Before heading to Napleton’s River Oaks to look at a couple of used CRV’s, I checked Dealer Rater to the ratings in their Sales man and JP was very highly rated and I can see why. We told him the cars we wanted to look and test drive and he recommended we also drive a new CRV so that we could make a well informed decision. He did what he could to keep the process moving along.
