Beto did a great job showing the different cars and models for my daughter who is leaving to college. With his guidance I Felt confident in with my purchase.

After a poor experience dealing with the representative who sold me my RAV 4 XLE Premium, I was delighted to be matched with Kou Vang. Kou took a great deal of time explaining how the various features of my new car worked & how to access them. He was extremely patient, kind, & understanding that I would have questions. This is the first vehicle I have ever driven that does not start with a key . ( I have driven many different makes & models over the past 57 years.) Kou was very reassuring and never made me feel ill at ease for making sure I understood exactly how things work in this vehicle. Inver Grove Toyota was great, and especially Darin. He listened to what I was looking for and made it happen in a reasonable timeframe, didn’t try to upsell me on something I had already said I didn’t want. They worked to find me a vehicle that fit my budget, which three other Toyota dealerships in the area would not do. Felt treated like a human and got the car I wanted at the price I could afford.
