Please see attached photos of the gan g with the van. We recently traveled to Myrtle Beach, SC in one of your Dodge Sprinter Van(mini bus??)..Great experience_ very spacious,comfortable and surprisingly fuel efficient. During our road trip many people asked me "What the heck is that monster?"..a few wanted to know where we rented it and some wanted to look at the passenger cabin and the amazing trunk space..one wanted to know the size of the engine and the displacement (now how would I know that?). The service provided by Josh (he answered all my questions and booked my reservation), and Marcy, who did all the registration and paperwork (with a smile and a sunny attitude) was excellent. I write this because I am from the hospitality industry myself and know how important it is for our informed associates to interact pleasantly with all the guests. Please pass on my thanks to both- Josh and Marcy. By the way, at some point in our road trip, we called the tel# on the key-chain to find out what frequency to use on the FM to get audio on the DVD..once again the answer was forthcoming and accurate.( Did not get the name of the person I spoke to..it was a male). On February 22nd I flew into Newark airport, a rental agent from Image Rent A Car was waiting for us on the curb at passenger pick up with our van. We had reserved a 15 passenger van with one of there portable GPS Tom Tom units. The van looked brand new, was very clean, and the agent waiting for us even helped load our luggage. I have to say this level of service is far and beyond better than any I have ever gotten from any other company. Getting us all onto a shuttle bus with all of our luggage, unloading it all to just re-load into the van we are renting is not something I think would be at all enjoyable. I was very pleased with the tremendously high level of service we received from Image. I just wish the companys at home provided the same level of service.
"I've used Image Car Rental in New York when my car was in the body shop and I found their customer service to be great, and the price was reasonable. While I had the car rental, a scrawl climbed on tree under my hood, and got stuck in the fan belt. I had to call animal control and eventually had to cut the belt. Image Rent A Car had no problem picking up the expense of having the belt replaced, which was a nice relief. However, I don't think the cat was feeling too good for the few remaining hours of its life. I've rented from Image Car Rental several times. Every time I've rented from them, I've received exceptionally friendly service. The rates have always been reasonable, if not downright cheap. The last time I rented at JFK airport, I received a free upgrade at the counter without a coupon or requesting one. I don't plan on using another rental car company.
