The service I received on my trade-in and used car purchase was excellent and the best I have ever received!
Very friendly & comfortable environment. Carlos was very knowledgeable about the car (Passport) we were interested in purchasing. He is a great sales representative, kept us informed through each step of the sale.
Taken in right on schedule and was able to leave with car fixed earlier then expected
Jonathan was knowledgable about my shimming steering wheel issue and my car veering to the left. He showed me a photo of the balding that exists on the inside of my left front tire. He said I really had to replace that tire. I decided to replace both front tires because the tread depth on the left front tire was down to 4/32" which is questionable for winter's snow driving. The time to complete the job seemed overly long - but not that bad for walk-in service
Juan was a great salesperson. I went from a 2018 CRV to a 2023 CRV. He was very knowledgeable about the CRV and the changes in the newer model. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of buying the new car.
Honda North service is excellent. They are fast, efficient, friendly and thorough. The service advisor Lucky was excellent.
