I actually purchased my first car in 2009 from Honda North and went back to them for my new car. At first, things were not going well and I had to wait for my car due to issues outside my control. But they ultimately stepped up and made it right. I was pleased with their solution and I felt heard/respected. Wilter was awesome and even with the troubles at the beginning of this process, based on the resolution I would go back to Honda North again.
