From sales to service, the staff at rainbow luxury imports treats me like a friend. Chris showed me the 2024 Outlander and its features without pressure. We finished the paperwork in an expedient manner. Tommy is the service manager and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. I added a hitch from U-Haul that threw the check engine light on. I called Tommy and he immediately had me come by and run diagnostics. No charge!
