Customer service seems to be the highest priority of palmdale ca. Kia dealership, everyone was amazing I will gladly keep my business with them. If I could I would give more stars, thank you Matt, Richard, Jerry and Christy for going over and beyond.. :)
Just got a new Sorento a couple of months ago, the experience there was awesome. We were in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours. Got the price we wanted, and they gave me a great price on my trade-in and everyone was really friendly. I was with my wife and 2 year old and they were courteous enough to offer us water and sodas. Compared to my experience at AV Ford, KIA was a pleasure to deal with.
