Each employee contact exhibited courtesy. Diagnosis was quick and understandable. Costs and fees were fully explained. Electronic updates were continuous. Upon completion, details of billing were clear. All personnel were fully knowledgeable and answered every question. Great to have this quality of service available!
Vinny was courteous throughou and he kept in contact about the diagnosis of the problems I mentioned.. Arranged shuttle service to home and back the next day. Software update fixed a CD problem, which was the only item that wasn't routine maintenance.
