Vinny went above and beyond to help me when I brought my Crosstrek in for some kind of glitch that required an update that could only be done in the service department. He explained things, apologized for how long it took, and asked if I needed a loaner. The service was fantastic!!

Brandon is extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the cross trek hybrid. Showed me a lot of aspects I was unaware of. I still have a lot of follow up homework to do to understand and use all of the features. He does go through things rather quickly so it's difficult to digest it all. Will definitely need another session with him.

Brendan was awesome. He showed me everything I needed to know about the tech in my new Subaru. I can’t imagine that there is anyone more knowledgeable in this area than Brendan.
