Worst dealer service and parts department ever!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Previously waited almost an hour to check on a part at the parts desk. Also just went there for a flat tire, waited 2 hours to be told the tire can not repaired, which was obvious by the damage and included picture. After being without a vehicle for 3 days, and checking every day, being told they were waiting for claim approval, I found out that claim was never submitted by Bob and the dealership!!! This was confirmed by the Ford tire care team. What sort of a company would lie to their customers face daily and leave them without a vehicle? If I hadn’t pushed the issue I would guess I would be waiting at least a week given that I only learned the truth on a Friday evening. Do not trust this dealership, whether it is Fullerton or Performance.
Our sales representative, Miles Mayo, is one of the best salesman I’ve ever encountered when I’ve purchased or leased a new car or truck. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and makes the process of obtaining a vehicle pleasant. Miles goes that extra mile to ensure his customer is satisfied.
I commend the notable advancements in maintenance services. My recent routine oil change appointment, easily scheduled via the Ford app, and the exceptional courtesy of Robert Beirach in the maintenance department, were particularly impressive. Mr. Beirach thoroughly explained the entire process. Very happy with this Ford dealer.
Kudos to Megan tech advisor in Fullerton Ford Service & her team of technician & wallet driver for a very professional, courteous & prompt service of my Ford Edge in 1 Feb 2025. Right from getting me the earliest convenient appointment to prompt service to the phone call of completion of the service followed by text message to getting the truck in front of service department after hours was simply awesome! Thank you team & please keep it up!

BEWARE! Was sold a factory brand new 2024 $74,000 LEMON and the dealer is giving me the "too bad" treatment. Literally as I was driving my new purchase off the lot I tried making a phone call and realized the entire audio system doesn't work. Phone, radio, nav, etc no audio. Brought it in the next day figuring it was an easy software thing, oh no! 3 days later my new vehicle is in thousands of pieces, no idea how to fix and I'm met with disregard and they won't take a truck with one mile driven back or swap it. So now I have to work with ford corporate and my lawyer to get this all resolved. - Don't let this happen to you, go somewhere where they stand behind their products. You would never think your going to have an issue like this on a brand new vehicle,
