They get you in on time, keep you up to date on the progress of the work, offer you a comfortable waiting area and also offer a beverage and/or a snack while waiting. (They even have reading materials that aren't five years old like some waiting rooms!)

Purchased a 2025 Pathfinder in November 2025, and recently started hearing an awkward noise at start up after sitting for long periods of time… Took in for service and provided videos to the service team. While they were not able to replicate the sound, agreed something was going on and didn’t stop till all options were explored for said noise.
