My new ( 7400 miles) Taos had a complete transmission failure. The communication regarding the status of my vehicle was disappointing. As was the length of time it took to repair. The car broke down on October 8th, was towed to the dealership, and we didn’t get it back until October 20th. The car is driving great now, the mechanics did a great job. Unfortunately, the rest of the service experience was underwhelming.

Excellent service and staff! Recommend this dealership to all. Real family feel from the moment you walk in to the completion of your service.
