Mike was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all. Actually, when I called & needed his help with my cell phone and CarPlay not connecting to my Jeep Cherokee, he called me right back. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, Mike was waiting for me outside. He immediately fixed my issue. Mike is a breath of fresh air. I would absolutely do business with him again. Highly recommend!
