He gave us time to investigate and see pluses and disadvantages compared to our Passport we currently had. He showed us a Passport and it only had 19,900 miles. Lower miles and it drove great just like ours, only a lot less miles so we bought it! He worked with us to help get closer to our price and was pleasant to work with the whole time.
