11/14 truck Radiator thermostat diagnosed and fixed at Cybert... $800. 3/15 Radiator leaking, taken back to Cybert they concluded "someone" put the wrong radiator cap on therefore causing a leak...$800 to diagnose and fix. Two days later while my son is driving to Buffalo,NY the truck overheats and gets towed to nearest service center where they conclude all the radiator fluid leaked out because the radiator cap was loosely put on radiator causing a leak over the 400+ drive. Invoice from Buffalo service station taken to Cybert, who eventually tell me that the owner will not honor the warranty because the truck wasn't towed over 400 miles back to them. These people will not stand by there work even when they over charge and obviously don't do the job properly. THIEVES, CROOKS, INCOMPS
