It is Very Difficult to get a hold of a live person on the phone now that they have gone to an automated system. This has greatly reduced the quality of customer service this dealership provides. We have been using this dealership to service all three of our Toyotas since 2008. We have spent thousands of dollars with Fowler Toyota on repairs and maintenance, so I have A Lot of experience with the service department. I used to feel that I could trust my service advisor and they always gave great customer service but lately that is not the case. I have my Sienna in their shop right now and haven't been able to get a hold of my service advisor or a live human for over 2 hours. They want to do over $3000k of repairs without speaking to me, but I have questions! I have serious doubts about the quality of work their service department is doing if they are so cheap they won't even pay someone to answer the phone! In OKC we are very limited on Toyota dealerships and unfortunately Fowler's service department isn't the same dependable, customer-oriented dealership that they used to be 5 years ago.
Fantastically ran dealership, the used car department will treat you very well. If they don't have what your looking for just ask they are willing to find it for you. Great team !

I have purchased no less than 8 vehicles from Fowler Toyota since 2009, and I continue to go back for several reasons; the purchase process is smooth and they listen to my needs, the salespersons are very knowledgeable and quick to ask for help when they need to, the finance department is considerate of situations and ready to work hard on my behalf, and I trust the service department implicitly to care for my vehicle after purchase. All told, I will be a lifelong customer and send everyone I know their way.
This dealership has a great staff. They give you all the information you need and do not try to push things on you that you do not want. If you want to browse the selection of cars by yourself, they will not bother you and as soon as you need help they will help you without questions or waiting. This dealership gave me a great experience and was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. They have made a customer for a very long time.
This is a great dealership to do business. All the staff are great and friendly. They will help you every step of the way and answer any questions and no they won’t try and take you for a ride on the sale. Great place
