Don’t know who John Brown is but Peter Capriotti was great, the dealership looks nice
Very helpful. The technician Identified some potential issues after oil change. For example, transmission fluid change.
Dealership is great meaning the personnel. The issue I had with the car was the battery software server from Germany was faulty, took them 2 months to fix the battery synchronization issue. Not the dealers fault. They gave me a loaner for 2 months.

Everything was great, until I received an email from Sirius/xm stating my paid subscription was canceled. I was told that the dealer told them that the car was sold...not fun, over an hour on the phone trying to get everything to work again. Pay attention!!!
