Very bad customer service very disappointed after making purchase of my used vehicle Sold me a vehicle with transmission issue and few other problems as well every used car as per NY law dealership suppose to give 30 days warranty but they let you deal with manufacturers warranty very rude behavior from sales person and the sales manger didn’t provide his name but I would say bigger names With no respect for customer concerns when I call them after picking up the car answer was go to the manufacturer they can’t do anything since it’s non Lexus car to me they should not be selling non Lexus vehicles if they can’t help customers very disappointed with their response .i hope no one else has to go through like this less than a weeks my car at the repair shop for 4 days and selling dealership can’t do anything they already said I have to deal with it they won’t take the car back either very professional behavior.

I bought a used Lexus Rx350 and had a very positive experience at Lexus of Queens. I found the dealership through Costco auto program. Annel and Micheal team was courteous and patient during the process. The price was indeed lowered because of the Costco Certificate. The car was meticulous clean. When I found the headsets were missing at the second row, Annel provided reassurance; Manager Michael was quick thinking and offered above and beyond service. I was very satisfied with the purchase and highly recommend the dealership.

Our Lexus vehicle is parked outdoors. The day after an unusually heavy period of rain I noticed that when I opened the front and back driver side doors of the auto, water began streaming out from under the inside plastic panels under each door. Quite frankly I was shocked, as I have never witnessed this with any car I previously owned. I quickly contacted my Lexus service consultant, Maria Morales, who immediately scheduled an appointment for me. She calmed me down and assured me not to worry and that the issue would be corrected. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership Maria was there to greet us with a warm smile. She explained that the situation I described sometimes happens. The doors of the Lexus are designed to harmlessly funnel unusually large amounts of rain water striking the vehicle through pre- drilled drainage holes at the bottoms of the doors. Maria concluded that these holes had likely become clogged over time, and that the staff mechanics had a special tool to clear them. Rather than have us wait, Maria graciously accommodated us with a loaner vehicle. The problem apparently was an easy fix and we have had no more issues with rain water. It is very reassuring to know that whenever an issue with our Lexus should arise we can reach out to a true professional like Maria and obtain immediate help. We are most grateful to Maria for her assistance, professionalism, and kind, courteous nature!

My wife and I recently visited Lexus of Queens with the intentions of looking for a second certified, pre-owned vehicle. Just last year we successfully made our first purchase of a vehicle here and were very pleased with the dealership. We were hoping that we would "roll lucky sevens" once again. We are happy to report that "Lady Luck" appeared in the form of Lexus Sales Consultant Gohar Arustamyan! Gohar warmly greeted us with big smiles. She diligently and tirelessly worked with us and sales management until we hammered out a deal that made everyone happy. My wife and I know without a doubt that without Gohar's tireless efforts in our behalf a deal would never would have been struck. She never once tried to force a sale on us, was completely transparent and honest at all times, and genuinely did everything to accommodate us during our visit. She made us relax. She has a charming and warm personality coupled with a beautiful laugh and smile. We not only purchased a great car on this occasion but also made a new friend!
