Bought my G4 almost yr ago. Amazingly i have 15k miles on it. All i have done is pit gas in and two oilchanges which have been complimentary. I must have owned 30 cars in my lifetime, including some expensive ones 911s, and i can't say this is 'the best' lol, but IT IS the best considering price. Incredible fun to drive, does 70+ hwy easily, Doesn't use gas, or so seems. I like it so much i've decked out interior w seat covers Miami Dolphin colors. Just great car. The buying experience was great, but the service experience even better. On the highway in freak occurrence one of my grill panels was pulled outby piece of truck tire. Replaced total cost like 50 bucks. No charge installation. Incredible. Who does that? They got me in/out in 15 mins. Another dealer would have taken advantage of situation. Kudos for honesty and integrity. They have a client for sure now. Shout out to partd dept i think Rafael, Danny the front desk i think who 5star all way. You honestly don't find that kind of service anymore. Thank you!!!

I had been searching for a vehicle for almost 4 years after a catastrophe with a total loss and nightmare with my insurance provider. Finally I was able to be in a position to buy a vehicle. First I had looked at a basically brand new C45 AMG and liked the car, the test drive with my sales consultant Dennis was impeccable. A heck of a test drive, but alas the numbers did not work for my budget or my credit, and I had to unfortunately pass. Fast forward a few weeks I continued my hunt, now this dealership particularly gets amazing low mileage German cars. I had seen a B9 S4 pop up on the site that looked like a possibly better deal with low enough mileage and the trim I exactly wanted. I test drove the vehicle and instantly knew this had to be my ride. Kudos to Dennis as he kept in contact with me, answered question after question and provided an incredible sales experience. As a sales professional myself, I am a tough sell and extremely discerning. Even with that I would happily buy from Dennis again and again, and consider him to provide great service but also a likeable guy I am also happy to call friend. Gustavo in Finance worked his magic and we agreed on a set of numbers that included GAP coverage. While going through the paperwork Gustavo exclaimed Chase bank had finally given a response and he was able to provide me a better rate, which came at the absolute last second. I appreciate the steadfastness of their finance dept. to provide me the best deal possible and finish the paperwork in about 30 minutes, a breeze compared to past purchases. I was able to drive off that same afternoon with the keys in hand. I had asked about some problem areas on the body regarding the paint since they just received the vehicle as it hadn't really been detailed. Dani the manager put in writing they would detail the car and could come back when their head and top detailer would be a available to work on my car. I brought it back and the car looked immaculate even better than before. What an experience, it took some time but the crew at North Miami Mitsubishi got it done. Thank you to Gustavo, Dennis and of course the manager Dani who made sure he could get me out the door in my dream car. I'll recommend the team to my coworkers 100%.
